Stand Up Paddle yoga brings a sense of joyful freedom to an otherwise earth-bound yoga practice. In SUP yoga, as it is known to devotees, we practice on 10- to 12-foot-long boards and connect with nature.  The added challenge of balancing on the board heightens your awareness of body alignment in poses and transitions. This class will be taught on the water overlooking Buzzards Bay.  All levels welcome.
